Marketing Manager

ustwo Games is a 27-person studio in London, best known as the creators of Monument Valley, Assemble With Care and most recently Alba a Wildlife Adventure.

ustwo Games is a 30-person, B corp certified games studio, best known as the creators of Monument Valley, Assemble With Care and most recently Alba: a Wildlife Adventure. We are a multi-discipline team drawing from a diverse range of experiences and creative influences; our aim is to craft interactive entertainment with stand-out production values, heart and broad appeal.

We are on the search for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be working on future Monument Valley titles as well as other unannounced exciting projects and our existing games.

Initially a stand alone role, you will be able to hire a junior marketeer after you join. This is a unique opportunity for a mobile gaming marketing or UA professional keen to broaden their skills and scope onto more platforms, and onto the more strategic and creative aspects of the marketing stack. You will have a lot of autonomy and freedom to define, develop and implement the marketing strategy for the games we create, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting within our wider Business Support team.

#What you'll be doing:

  • Creating launch strategies for our games
  • Developing marketing campaigns, product launches, and relevant materials to support the promotion of our games
  • Partnering with Game Directors to help make sure we are making the right games for the right audiences. Including but not limited to competitive and market analysis, user testing,
  • Overseeing our social media platforms and some hands-on content creation
  • Manage and scale our performance marketing, UA, ASO
  • Asset sourcing and in some cases creation
  • Manage our web presence
  • Managing external marketing agencies
  • Managing a junior marketeer
  • Manage and track our marketing budget


  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Experience launching games, mobile or other platforms
  • Experience running UA campaigns for mobile games
  • Keen interest and a good understanding of the games market and able to carry out competitive analysis
  • Experience running marketing campaigns and working with marketing agencies
  • Managed social media accounts and created a strong social media presence
  • Proven budget management or P&L experience
  • Great organisational, collaboration and communication skills
  • Analytical and creative, with a problem solving mindset
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a caring and dynamic team
