#The Role

This is a permanent, full time role.

You will be working as the Studio Assistant at ustwo games, ensuring the studio runs super smoothly whilst promoting ustwo games' core values and culture. You are outgoing and independent, love meeting new people and are always found with a big smile. The Studio Assistant is a crucial, proactive member of the Business Support team, who ensures that the studio is meticulously cared for, fantastically organised and that behind the scenes the inner workings of the studio runs seamlessly. Outwardly, you embody ustwo games through and through, and people know that they can depend on you to get things done!

Just some of the things you will get stuck into:

  • Managing front of house including receiving guests and answering calls, being the gate keeper to the studio
  • Studio management by supporting the Studio Operations Lead to be one step ahead of the game
  • Daily upkeep and maintenance of the studio; ordering stock and stationary, general housekeeping, various admin tasks
  • Health and safety and fire safety procedures and compliance
  • Celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries and making people feel super special
  • Regular celebrations and surprises for the studio
  • Organising regular socials and supporting on organising the company holiday
  • Reporting Line: Studio Operations Lead
